Problem in calling db query to delete all wallet rows with time below payout time.

At this moment newMinerRecord already at db and deletes here.

Fixed in 4f294e09f2
Fix is deleting all rows with time less then currentMiner's time, nor then payout. Not appeared in original bot due to saving changes at db only after all calcus in UpdateData.
